[How to order.]
1. Select your items from the Product category menu on the left.
2. Select the products from the list of products.
3. Select the size and quantity of items on the product page and click the "Add to Cart" button.
4. Once you have confirmed your order, click on "Proceed to Order".
To add other items to your order, please repeat the steps above.
5. If you are a registered customer, please log-in after entering your email address and password.
Once logged-in, please continue to (6). For non-registered customers, please proceed to the "Registration" page and complete the registration process.
6. Confirm billing and shipping information, then click the "Confirm Order" button.
7. Once you have confirmed the details of your order, please click on "Confirm Order".
8. Upon completion of your order, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you registered with us.

The prices on our site are displayed in Japanese Yen.

We accept returns of all merchandise sold online via the WAVEONE KK store within 10 days of customer receipt of package. In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return any unused merchandise in its original packaging including any accessories for a refund.

- We do not reimburse shipping costs on returns.
- If you are returning an item due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, you may send back the merchandise to us freight collect.
